LATINO LEADERS

LUNCHEON SERIES

Provides a platform for prominent Latino leaders to share their personal story of obstacles overcome to achieve success. In addition, it provides a networking opportunity for elected officials, policy makers, corporate executives, opinion leaders, community activists, industry experts, and political insiders. The program includes the presentation of the Eagle Leadership Award to a national leader who has made a significant impact on the lives of Latinos living in the United States. It also features a community partner serving the Latino community.

CONVENTION SERIES

The Latino Leaders Convention Series consists of two events during the 2024 national Democratic and Republican party conventions to present the Eagle Leadership Award to a worthy Latino leader from each political party. An evening reception in Milwaukee and a luncheon event in Chicago will provide attendees presence at each convention by supporting a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to bringing leaders together with Latino delegates, elected officials, community leaders, corporate partners, community activists and more in attendance.

CAFECITO SERIES

The Cafecito Series is a new platform aimed to educate, inspire, and prepare the next generation of leaders. The Rising Star Award will be presented to an emerging Latino/Latina leader who has demonstrated exceptional promise, leadership, and commitment to their community. The event will include a moderated intergenerational discussion between the honoree and an iconic, seasoned leader with an in-person audience of young professionals, elected and appointed officials, corporate executives, opinion leaders and community activists.
